Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes content and activities that are prohibited on MockNDEY, operated by Raphael Stöffelmayr from Stillfriedplatz 5, 1160 Vienna Austria. It applies to all uploads, prompts, reference images, generated images, account activity, and attempts to use the Service.

Prohibited content

• Illegal content, illegal products, or activity that violates laws in any jurisdiction where you or we operate.
• Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, fetish, escort, dating, nudity-focused, or sexualized content, including AI-generated content in those categories.
• Any sexual, exploitative, abusive, grooming, or suggestive content involving minors or people who appear to be minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic content, sexual deepfakes, or content created to shame, threaten, exploit, or harass a person.
• Content that infringes or facilitates infringement of copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, design rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other third-party rights.
• Counterfeit goods, fake brand placements, unauthorized logo use, knockoffs, or content that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.
• Misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, manipulative, or unfair content, including false testimonials, false identity claims, scam materials, document falsification, or synthetic media presented as real.
• Impersonation of real people, brands, public figures, or organizations, including deepfakes or lookalike content made without rights and consent.
• Regulated, restricted, or high-risk goods and services, including drugs, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, financial products, cryptocurrency, medical products, telemedicine, legal services, debt relief, travel services, fundraising, and stored-value or third-party credits.
• Sanctions, export-control, or high-risk-jurisdiction violations, including dealings with restricted persons, entities, regions, or prohibited goods and services.
• Hate, harassment, threats, abuse, intimidation, or content that promotes discrimination or violence toward protected groups or individuals.
• Content that promotes, instructs, celebrates, or encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, unlawful violence, physical harm, or property damage.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, bot activity, account abuse, security bypasses, or attempts to compromise systems or users.
• Collection, exposure, or misuse of personal data, biometric data, private records, confidential information, or images of people without all necessary rights and consent.
• Any content or activity that our payment processors, hosting providers, or other service providers prohibit, restrict, or identify as high risk.

Usage restrictions

• Do not upload or prompt for content unless you have all required ownership, licenses, permissions, releases, and lawful bases.
• Do not use the Service to create ads, listings, mockups, or product images for prohibited, restricted, counterfeit, deceptive, or undisclosed goods or services.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its providers.
• Do not bypass or attempt to bypass identity checks, usage limits, content filters, account restrictions, payment requirements, security controls, or enforcement actions.
• Do not resell, broker, or provide the Service on behalf of undisclosed third parties without our written approval.

Enforcement

We may reject requests, remove content, revoke credits, suspend or terminate accounts, block payments, refuse refunds for abusive activity, preserve evidence, and notify processors, service providers, rights holders, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate or required. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account closure.
